i'm booked in tomorrow morning to register my first mini! bought it september, pretty much complete, finally got it roadworthied just before xmas and tomorrow the final phase will be complete!
pretty stoked, i've been waiting years for this!

thanks chaps. it was a bit of crap fight in the end with vicroads, but it's all sorted now!

it always is ...

wednesday morning:

vicroads: "so who's morris?"
me: "the manufacturer of the car.."

10 seconds later.

vicroads: "so morris is the previous owner?"
me: "duh"...

but then outside at the inspection bay..
"oh a mini!! I used to own a leyland mini"..

from then on in it was smoooth sailing.. could barely read the engine number, but no dramas 8)


congrats mate, another one on the road.. what part of melb are you from?

took about two hours at vicroads! i'm glad i don't have to deal with them anymore now it's done.

i'm in richmond.
