hey thanks to everyone on here. I put a few posts and my questions were answered straight away with great advice. Great people on here who are willing to help well done ausmini.com and all the proud mini owners of Australia.

well a little about me im currently a uni student ( with not to much finances )

born in Sri lanka and left when I was 3 due to the civil war. lived in Papua New Guinea for 6 years been in Aus since I was nine. Always wanted a mini. There loved world wide and is a car with great character. Only really a fan of the original.

wanted to buy a roundnose no money got a 78 clubman for now.

I have only discovered the forum recently and noticed the humbleness and willingness of mini owners in both giving and taking advice great work by ausmini.

Its the things that the ferrari owners miss out on in life thats great about mini's and the people that own them.

have to recommend the mini specialist in ermington great help and genuine mechanic with a passion.

hope to chat to all you soon

take care micky :P

Nice to have you here micky.

I tend to think that car enthusiusts are the same. Passionate about what they do and can appreciate the work that goes into keeping old cars on the road. When ever I go to shows I always chat to the owerns of the cars and they are all lovely. Mini people are just extra nice I think

I am glad that you are enjoying ausmini!

And what is so wrong with the clubman? hmm?

What state do you live in? You haven't updated your whereabouts :)

Whats the difference between a porcupine and a ferrari driver?
A porcupine has the pricks on the outside

Yeah mini people are great, always good for a wave or a chat :D
