hahahaha good one!

what ideas did you have? because now i know how to get in there and it's not difficult at all :D

petrol gauge needs fixing, but its the sender that is the problem. OH and i think i need a new indicator stalk, i bumped it one night and high beams stopped working...

Well, lets see now...
I imagine you know the trick to test the fuel guage - turn on the ignition, pull off the sender wire the while watching the guage, earth the wire, if the guage moves its good, dont do this for long cos you can burn out the guage

Cos its a clubby its easy to look at the contacts that switch from low - high beam. Pull off the column shroud then move the stalk in a high-low fashion and watch the contacts - they look like points, some on top and some underneath. check for melted plastic, burnt contacts or open contacts.
