I must say that I have only ever used standard plug types -Bosch :) NGK :) and champion :( . The champions seemed to cause odd missfires at certain poins of the rev range e.g. 4000 - 4500 :? . I cant say why. Bosch and NGK seem equally succeptible to fouling from oil and carbon. NOTE - Temp ranges - Bosch 8 is hotter than 7, NGK is opposite.

If you want a long lasting plug that doesn't foul go for iridium. The centre electrode is exposed and will clean off beter.

There are Champions, and there are Champions....
When they made 'em here they were a great plug. Sadly, nobody makes plugs in Oz now.
Champions I bought last year (for my boat) were made in Mexico.
No telling if N9Y etc ones are any good now, but the outboard ones I got were crap.
