it's got big hoses from water pump/thermostat housing going somewhere.

rear mount radiator perhaps?

Looks like buggy tyres.

Top and bottom radiator hoses lead rearwards. My guess is boot mounted radiator as the battery is up front leaving more room for a huge rad at the back.

Buggy tyres aren't a bad idea for a grasstrack or dirt khana car.
Not suitable for road or circuit use though.

It's from Finland - the radiator is in the cabin as a heater - battery is in the engine compartment to stop it freezing :roll:
