The next year they got Webers and won the Championship!

With Sir Jack at the wheel. Twice.

I may end up using mine with an old 12G295 head I have,

Don't do that, the '295 is a great breather, best head for a smallbore according to Vizard. I've got twin HS2's on mine, it could probably flow enough to use two HS4's..

I don't want twin HS4's they won't look period.

Hey Morris1100,,, are those "twin-twins" yours? & if so are you keen to sell them? we could do a deal with those .060 undersize big end bearings :-) :-) ;-)

sure would look pretty funky fitting those twin-twin SUs onto the front of a bimmer Twinky hey? :-) :-) :-)

I wish that they were mine! I stole the photos off UK ebay a while back.
Yes they would be perfect for a BMW head.

Might be overkill on my 850. There were H2 SUs but I think they were pretty rare. I'm not really fussed about improving performance (if I was i wouldn't be starting with an 850), its more about looking the part.
