 Post subject: stripe width?

is there a standard width for bonnet stripes?

i'm going to put a single stripe on mine (to cover 'large' paint chip), i'm thinkig 100mm wide. Any thoughts?

Stripes should always come in pairs to make things look symetrical, 1 stripe looks out of balance IMHO... 8) 8) 8)

Do what you like its your car after all..........as long as your happy with the end result :!: It really doesn't matter what others think INMO.
I had a centre stripe that went all the way over the car, was about 150 -200mm wide, contemplating doing it again but will wait and see.

You just waiting till their doing line marking again in your area hey Scott, and just drive under the spray gun :wink:

:shock: The councils line markers only do pi$$y little lines about 50mm wide and only know how to do the crooked and in white :!:
