You made a tough job look pretty easy, I reckon I will need to man up and do mine....

It's hanging up in the mini, but I'm more than a little scared of wrinkles I couldn't get rid of last time. These are the inverted 'V' shaped ones you get as you pull down either side of the support rods. How did you avoid these?

when you glue it down around the rods, just pull it from the seams so the tension is on the seam itself.

When I stuck it down I used the flat part of my hand to press the lining onto the roof rails, rather than pulling it tight and then pressing it down afterwards. if that makes sense.

I am fortunate that it is vinyl and is rather tough, if theres something I am not happy with I can (which there is) I can just pull it off and stick it on again.

The original stuff I dare say was tough once as well, but the organic material on the back of the vinyl mostly has long since rotted on the fabric. So you can get it to fit often enough, but it only takes a wayward finger to push through it.

I had a crack at some door skins and my boot and some seats.

I have made covers but havent fitted em to the back seat I have just finished the fronts.

I unpicked an old seat to use the pieces to copy so it was a bit shrunk and stretched in places so it wasnt an ideal template, but it was one non the less.

I put a fair wack of extra foam into it mainly to try and get the seats to "hold" you better. Theres a few wrinkles and creases that I will rub out and retighten tomorrow after they have been in the sun for a while. They are comfy as all hell.
they are clubby ones with no headrests, I have em hear but I like the look without. As long as I dont get smashed up the ass  that often they can stay off.

As far as the boot and the doors are concerned I just "did" it. I didnt really care what I did but they are ok too.
