the welds look really rough. and you would think if you went to all the trouble of sandblasting and putting 10coats of paint on them, then you would actually get rid of the dents and nicks. from far away they look ok

I don't know if it is my eyesight, but if they are 10" wheels , then the PCD for the wheel studs looks a little bigger than 4"
