Could it be a Cooper S eng and the 9FXEY Series Engine No has caught them off guard? Or is it because the Clubby originally came with a 998?

I suppose all will be revealed when I speak to the owner today.

Occam's Razor -- "All other things being equal, the simplest explanation is usually the correct one".

It'll be a bargain if it is...

Still wrong however...it's 60/1000ths or .060"

60,000 thous of an inch is 60 inches in diameter!

.. and a clear indicator that the seller doesn't know what it means. He's been told verbally "it's 60 thou oversize" and has translated that into 60,000.

Good luck Dicko, I reckon you'll get a bargain there ;)

Wello of course it has!!

Old mate had no idea what he had, nor did he have any interest in finding out....he just wanted to get rid of it. Then a whole load of people start asking questions about it's capacity, and he realises that the capacity of it could be important. He does some research and the price triples.

You did it to yourselves
