I have a lot of experience with car locks from when I worked in a wrecking yard. I used to have to open a lot of locked cars or start a lot of cars without keys. It is actually quite easy once you learn the tricks.

Minis have no real security at all. The locks are just there to meet the rules, they will not keep anyone out if they want to get in.
