the cars been sittin idle in the previous owners back yard for (what he says) 20 years. slave cylinders, shoes, all rubber bits, bush's, etc will be going on new. I just thought that while I was buying new, I buy the right bits to suit.
Thanks for the heads up on the drive flanges!

That sounds like a lot of fun ;) Did it want to move after all that time?

I suppose you've also got the master cylinders in mind ? They'll probably give you some problems as well without a kitting.

are spacers road legal? A guy at work said that they werent, so I had sort of put them out of the option list. But I guess that it is only illegal if you get caught. Does anyone make a 10"x7"?

i was told they were illegal also.
i do have a set of 10x7 wheels, but the general consensus here was good ****ing luck finding proper tires for them - or stretch 165's on them..

if still interested, shoot me a pm - i can't use them haha.

yes mick, master cylinders as well. suspension, engine, clutch, steering components, exhaust, interior, electrics, PAINT, the windows that had cement on them and looked like they had been cleaned with steel wool, and dont even get me started on the bloody pop rivets and aluminium plates all throughout the body! GRRRR!
I guess though, the roof was in good nick!
Anyone with parts just layin around, feel free to donate! Please!
Mr. Rudd just "stimulated" me last night :D , so a bit of a spree for some parts. Wont cover much though!

What parts do you want? I have some spare glass, back window, side windows, maybe a windscreen.

Love to know exactly what you have, maybe we could come to an arrangement? As far as parts, I guess if you can name it on an 850, then it either needs reconditioning or replacing. If you wish to see my mini, it is in the members gallery under "LIL GRUNT". Its on the first or second page.
By the way, where is "north of the bridge"?
