Temp solution, until I build the 1275 on Mini K with magic wand diff housing, and hardy spicers. 8)

I gotta spend money on brakes no matter what, and this way may even be cheaper!

Maybe on the early cars but the later cars had steel unis, and they had basically std engines, not full race motors. Keep the rubber unis on the 850s where they belong :roll:

These days I'd use pot joints, less power loss and outlast Hardy Spicer joints.

have a look under some bonnets when you're at Winton at the end of the month.... I bet you'll spot one with rubber unis

I don't think I'll get there this year, too much on, and is it just me, or does it get later in the year every year??
