SP Air 3/8" drive air ratchet with rotating head. Though I don't think it's much smaller, if at all, than a 1/2" drive version. Either way, the supplier was doing a deal on these rotating head ones, so were cheaper than the fixed head 1/2" and 3/8" versions.

There's other things that can be done with a simular motion to undoing a bolt with a spanner.

I don't think much of air ratchets, after 6 months they cant handle extensions and uni joints destroy their effectivness.
Deep sockets are good on them.
