Couldn't be very hard to make could it? not sure... check mini spares, they are reknown for odd accessories like that

The Queensland Mini Owners Club needed one for their club van as they carry the BBQ and accessories.

I think my brother in law actually made it.

I saw a van fitted with one at the Mt Cooper show years ago. It looked like it was homemade or maybe one for a larger car chopped down.
