Hi all

As the heading says i am wrecking a morris 1300 for the 1275 engine. The body is going for scrap metal unless i find somebody that wants it.

My question is are there any other parts on the car that are interchangable wit minis that i should save. One thing i can see is the interior light, maybe indicator stalk. Is there anything else?

Thanks

Seat Belts in good condition will see you a few dollars if they are the right type.

if its a 1300 (auto) take the CV joints off find someone who wants them and sell them separately.. (you will get more for these than you will get for the whole car as a wreck) 1300 CVs are only suited to 1300's... the 1300 was a complete orphan

Are the brake calipers the same as Mini's.

Sorry I can't preserve it's dignity by not wrecking it. It has some rust and mechanical issues and i want the motor.

Can't do any photos at the moment due to camera issues.

Interesting to hear about the cv's being common only to this model. Are the hydro bags common to anything else or only 1300's. By the way it has a blown bag on the left hand side. Rear according to PO.

I will have a look at seatbelts and switches tomorrow.
