i was just wondering what kind of work is involved in putting a cam in :D
and what prices do they range around

It depends on the motor. Small bores and S's you can do in the car, with a little aggro. Other 1275s you will need to pull the lump out. Assuming you will fit new cam followers (as you should).
Prices for cam grinds range from $150 or so, up. + a set of followers- $50- $75. :wink:
