Hey just wondering the average running temp of a worked 1400cc Aseries engine? also average oil pressure ?

Water temp should run on the thermostat,,, so 82 deg

oil pressure (while running along) should be 60-ish ,,,Hot (as in up to running temp)

& approx 25+ while idleing,,, hot (again as in up to running temp)

No offence intended here but--> anyone writing a book about minis 30 years ago may not have experienced such worn or stuffed-with components as we are finding these days.
