i'd run them to remove the rust, otherwise i'd give them a light sand.

if you want to do it all day you can use 2000, you can use corse paper like 120 and 80 as it is a thick metal surface

Just drive it, rust on the rotors is absolutely nothing to worry about unless they're pitted.
