At the price it is now itd be a good project to put an a series back in it. Got to ditch the checkerplate though.

I agree with rehab the front looks longer but it could just be that weird lower panel/stone guard :? . And I do believe that plate is called "propeller plate" not "chequer plate" :wink: .

Google image the 2 different types and you will see the difference.
Basically chequer plate has the 4 bars in a pattern and propeller plate has a single bar that resembles a propeller in the same pattern.

It has been called checker plate in Australia for ever.
I have never heard of it being called propeller plate.

Must be some stupid ricer/yank thing.
