I started making some speaker/storage boxes for the back of the van.
Full length both sides.

Since my garage is empty (bar my motorbike) for the first time in a long long time, I made a set of wheel dollys for a friend to help him move some non-goers around his rather large garage.

Welded some braces up in the rear of my convertable, then grounded, and welded some more - used lotsa mig wire!

Then cut the Beaver off my GT, broke the saber saw, and bolted on a new one to test for fit - its a patern part, so, it dosent fit! but its better than a rusty one.

I made center caps for my ROH mags , stainless steel utility cups from the bathroom accessory dept $5.97 each at Bunnings. cut them down hammered over the inside ends and Robert is your fathers brother. Much better than my previous centers, spray can lids silver tape and clubman steering wheel centers. they look 100% very pleased, what a pity I can't post pics. If you can't get the utility cups then the cups with the toothbrush holder on them are the same but cost about $ 7.58.

Can't as in don't know how to, or don't have any homepage upload space as part of your internet access?

If you email to me, I could upload for you.

SGC helped me sort the wheel alignment, and ride height, and add to my Mini shopping list of parts.

Started to reassemble my Cooper S engine after I picked up my ground and crack tested crank and a RE13 camshaft from GR.
So far all is going back in with no problems.
Now I need to fix up the engine bay where the brake fluid has been spilled. :( :(

Lifted the engine down off the engine stand and painted the front bit that was behind the stand plate. Blinged the oil filter housing ready to put back on

Added Starter, oil filter head unit and alternator brackets. Gave the small bit I painted before another coat. Hooked up the oil filter pipe. Started to play with an old alternator but decided to buy a new one off Tony instead.

Bailed out my garage and setup the dehumidifier for the 5th or 6th time this year and then listened torrential rain overnight so I'll have to go bail it out again :( I hate my garage ...
