hey guys and girls.

just doing some id on a van we have,

would like to know anything people can tell us...

numbers are:

mini van
3102
8y/u/h27***
1/shadow blue/ 3

it has the fluted roof, with a vent, whats the significance of the vent? are they a factory fitted item?

it also has a 20 cent piece size hole either side of the vent and a small screw type hole either side of that.

cheers jamie

Hold the phone....
I was going by the paint colour Shadow Blue is a 63 colour, it is not a 64 or a 65 colour..

And then I turned the page, 1966 Shadow Blue!

But in 66 it would have wind up windows. :?

Vans are too hard. Somebody give me some Deluxe Numbers.

its late '66 - it'll have MV04 on the radiator shroud, which I assume means the 4th variant of the mini van

they all had the vent fitted, the other holes have been added

mine was a '66 in shadow blue with a flat roof - it was number MV04 474, so I assume early '66.... mine had windup windows, with original paint inside them that matched the original paint under the roof lining.

Maybe goldbrocade's original owner optioned sliders!
