On the contrary, high end cars are selling for just the same if not more then before the "economic downturn". I can think of numerous examples over the last few months.

sssstew, my advice is KEEP IT. As you know, it is rare model and especially so in Australia. If you are keen to sell I can think of a few dealers that could find the right buyer for you.

thanks everyone for your advice, good to know im not alone in the way i feel at the moment, seems like many of you have gone through this.

Agreed i really need to join the club to see if this can help me out.

I love matts suggestion about a 16v turbo etc etc... hehe nice one mate :) If i keep it i will need to be seeing you about solid mounts for sure.

I think we have all been here before.

Do as the lads have said and park it up and have a rest for a while.


But think about this... If you didn't have a mini to waste all your time, money and effort on what would you do with yourself? Go out? Enjoy yourself? Meet new people? Bah... who the hell wants that?

thats the thing, i dont have the time (due to new family) or the money (again due to one income and family) to spend on it at the moment.... its sitting sad and lonely in the garage under its cover :(
