are these issues related to the water ingression when your car was flooded?

Nope. the water did not affect anything inside actually had it all checked over

the engine was pulled apart and everything was fine & Clean bar the clutch with was dirty but i bought a new One.

the Engine Needs a Recon though sucks.. has some wild 649 race cam in it too wich is no use to me.

just wish it would end after this i have really rebuilt the full car. new parts all over.

when will it end!

If it just worked, you would have to come up with a good excuse to try out a new cam, bolt on a modified head, or pick up a better carby.

At least you get to have some fun this way, and try something really new.

Cars that "just work" get really boring, like a kia, hyundai or ford becomes....Just another run around. It gives the car some personality.

Short answer, No!

Long answer - No, bloody never!

It's a love-hate relationship. But at least its a relationship when its a classic Mini. Not like a "I-don't-give-a-toss-as-long-as-it-gets-me-from-a-to-b-and-has-a-CD-player" car.
