Pour a hose onto a hot bit of metal,,,what happens?
hmmm im just wondering how you "pour" a hose.
and on another note, im considering disconnecting my second radiator in this antarctic weather we call Victoria, motor wont rise above about 20% on the guage.
You put a hose in a bucket and tip the bucket......
It is impossible to have an overefficient cooling system, unless your thermostat is faulty, or you are bypassing it. The water in your engine "should" provided nothing has been modified, circulate through the block and the cylinder head, until the thermostat opens and lets it flow to the radiator.
So unless your 2nd radiator is hooked up so that with the thermostat closed water will flow through it, then i would leave it be.
