im worried only just started happening , changes up gears no problems but down into 3rd or 2nd it crunches and also first is very hard 2 find not sure if its normal or not??? i tryed moving the carpet bhind the clutch pedel but dont think it made a difference :(

what are your revs when you're changing down (if you have a tacho)? try changing down a little later and see how you go. otherwise, if still crunching at low revs your clutch needs adjusting, or your synchros are wearing out (expensive...)

ok its not flud level, and it now only seems 2 be doing it sometimes, plus the clutch feels soft n then hard like it changes from when it warms up or stop and starting i guess dunno if thats rite?

Probably a broken offf ball on the bottom of the clutch arm

Pull the arm off the end of the engine & inspect the condition of the ball on the bottomn of it
