Mate needs some advice on 13inch sticky yokos semi race road tyres what do you suggest . couldn't get the tyre thread up it has a virus, thanks to the idiot who put it on there.

From what i remember the Advans faired better in their ratings.
Im using the 032s and have only good thing so far to say about them.

So i would asume the Advans would be a good choice accross the range.

I found Minisplus to be the cheapest on the 10" 032's( 2weeks after i bought from Minispares)

AO48's semi slick, road legal race tire, got em on my 13's, bloody brilliant untill you hit dirt, or water, or its really cold, or a wednesday

ah,,, he asked for 13"

& the A048Rs are a wet wether road legal race tyre,,, so they`re made for wet weather racing in England

Yoko Aust wouldn`t even release them in Aus (had to import them yourselves years ago) as they will shred in our hot climate on a hot day with dry track ,,,& the word was that Yoko Aust didn`t want to bother with any pending warrantees so they basically pretended that they didn`t exist :-)

they`re produced in 3 different compounds (as far as i`ve been led to believe) --> SS (super sticky/soft),,, S -(soft) & M-(Medium)

there may even be more compounds, but i`ve not seen any more (yet)

great tyre ,,, & yes i use them

No offence intended here but--> anyone writing a book about minis 30 years ago may not have experienced such worn or stuffed-with components as we are finding these days.

You should put your heart & soul into everything you do.
