Just thought i would share my new find with you all. Been looking for seats for ages as most of you will have seen.

Desperation was setting in and when my wife sat in the car and didn't like the "1 postion seats" there had to be a solution!

Well browsing through the Ebay listing i spotted some familiar seats.... My wife's Hyundai Getz seats and cheap, so worth a punt and here is the trail fitment proof!

With so many of these cars around the seats are CHEAP!!

I paid 51 bucks! Including the rear which will be stripped of fabric for the mini rear!

noice

i use a 2008 model mazda3 passenger seat as my drivers seat, little big, sits a little high, but damn its comfortable. Passengers can deal with 1975 stretched seats. :D

Niiicccee Hows the space for the handbrake access and the door bins? Might go looking for a pair to go in the van.

Handbrake access is easy and with some handy placement the seat adjustment knobs on the drives side(height adjustment only on drivers side!) just touch when the door is closed!

Adjust the seat before you get in! haha

But well impressed! kinda brought them on a whim thinking well if they don't fit its only 50 bucks wasted! but hey presto they great!!

Will be making brackets etc over next few days!

Quite impressive!

Beats forking over the cash for pricey rover seats.

MX5 seats fit a Moke but just make sure you swap driver's side to be fitted on the left and vice versa.
Mokesta has them fitted.

I agree with that...!!! $1200 for a rover interior (used) or $400 and a bit of time for some new sports seat, rear seat seat cover, some vinyl, wood and time and a brand new custom interior..!

I am interested to see how you make the brackets...

Just make sure when you make the brackets they use the existing seat bracket mounts. You will need an engineer to certify them if your not using the existing mounts.
