Hey sitnlo62,
Fair point about pulling apart a good car and ruining it.
Best interntions sometime go astry. Your comments may just be enough to get me motivated again.
Send me your email address and I send you a few picks of the 72 Corvette Roadster I restored or my 44 WL I'm currently doing at the moment.
No offernce taken regading the pulling apart of a good car however before shooting your mouth off you should porbably find out whats really going on.
I guess people like you are just experts at everything and really dont need to know the facts.
Cheers

Dave,
Fair coments and point taken.
Over the past 30 years I have restored a number of Mini's To imaculate and concourse condition and have won many 1st place awards for my efforts.
I am more than aware of the efforts and sacrifices that have to be made while doing these projects especially when you do everything yourself.
I am a passionate restorer of these cars and it really breaks my heart to see such a nice car go this way.
I have also seen so many people start this type of project only to sell it off having failed due to lack of ability.
It was wrong of me to assume you fitted into this bracket. Sorry for that!
You say that my coments may be enough to get you motivated again, Well I hope that is the case it would be great to see you complete your project.
No hard feelings ?
Dave
