Never done it b4 and hopefully never again, its a freaken big owie
I was installing an a/c unit in the new 78 series landcruiser ute, the ones with the updated dash, you have to remove the glovebox and half the loom to remove the heater box to fit the a/c core, so i was contorted between my hoist the car floor and tangled up under the dash leaning heavily on my right shoulder, i shrugged forward to poke my hand behind the heater box and POP out my shoulder went locking my arm behind the heater box, managed to snake my way out onto the workshop floor and just stayed there for a while wondering wtf had just happened! Then the pain, lots an lots ov soul destroying pain, im a tuff bloke but it bought a tear to my eye, then after a 2 hour wait at the local hospital it took 2 docs and a stack of pethodine to get it back in, doesnt feel too bad now but the doc says my acl(what ever that is) is shagged from it
