It's ok. I don't like driving other peoples cars. Happy to sit in passenger seat though.

don't you hate that... put it on a truck down to me and I'll give it a good talking to

to my ears, it actually sounds like a mini engine, which I didn't expect

The only thing you'll miss hearing is the tappets, it's still running drop gears & an A-series 'box which is where all the noise comes from ;)

We`r trying to sort some dyno time on thusday night but it`s not looking that simple at the moment, but we`ll just see how we go, play it by ear & if it`s not done by the Muster then it`s not,,,, if we get the time then it will, but either way yes, it will be running at the Muster

now you have had a little run , take the block of wood out from under the accelerator pedal and find a rex :D
The easy way to fix the gear noise is to fit a straight out exhaust.
You have done well matt. When is the mark 2 version going to be ready.

ha,,, yeah David,, i have to resist the temptation right now,,, it`s just all too easy to push that right peddle & have some fun :-) it just "SHOVES" you back HARD into the seat & then starts spinning the wheels :-) & they`re 13x8 inch things ...But i will control myself till at least after the dyno session :-) I hardly touched the thrpottle in that video,,, that was just a short run up the road with very little throttle, barely touched 4000rpms & only about 7psi boost , so it wasn`t anything to wrtie home about

Most of the noise you can hear in the video is just simply the air rushing in through the inlet system

& the clutch we made up for it feels great so far, no slippage, good peddle, no shudder etc, very happy... we`ll start sorting your new Alloy flwheel & twin plate clutch assy in a short while...

the next turbo twinky is already happening, nearly finished being built actually & funny enough is also going into another moke

The full race version will go into the Monaco fastback , it will end up with the power delivery characteristics of a slot car :-) if you can imagin it :-)
