No worries PhatKat, Simon is right (of course) i was the one who did take the snap shot of her snatch pot, (un-be-knownced to me at the time of course) Poor girl tho, i feel sorry for her really, (altho i love her to death, she`s like the daughter i never had & i spoil her rotten :-) ) But my bro is soooo tough on the boyfriend & sex issues that i`m sure she will be the most sexually frustrated female in the history of the universe & will probably sneak out at night or wag school to get some , Bro is only making matters worse i reckon by keeping her locked down
But still she`s got a long way to go yet, she`s only 12

& Phatkat,,, i don`t know how nearly all my threads seem to be able to swing from HP/torque, to girls, to surfing, to wagon wheels, to whatever else is totally un-related to the topic,,, they just do hey? :-)

David,,,, you are truely a lovey wonderful gentle man & i can`t express my appreciation for what you do for me & offer me, enough,,, Thank you again man & i really really mean that,,, not many people offer the kind of help that you do & it should be widely announced, thanks heaps

but i`m actually quite fond (no,,, make that "In-Love") with these carbs,,, they are basically a cross between an SU carb & a Weber so i`m lovin em :-) we are sorting them & i`m sure we`ll get them damn close (if not perfect) , just that they are actually a tad too big for this application so once i have them pretty right i`ll set the injection back up on this donk & throw the carbs onto Matty Archers 1275 Twinky & have another play,,, that way i learn all (or at least hopefully enough) of the set up for them on both small & big bore donks & can give advise to those who end up playing the same bike carb game on their own Twinkys

this is where all the lost time comes into play , some people winge that i take too long to have Twinky engines ready & sorted,,, I`m tryiong 5million different things 5million different ways to sort it all for everyone who`s keen on a twinky or 2,,, But,,, well there are piles of other normal mini customers that i have to deal with to make a living... & then when i can spare some time i either play with more Twinky R&D, go surfing, or work on race minis, maybe i`ll get some sleep one day too :-)

Hhhmmm ,,, time for another wagon wheel & another cuppa , then back to taking the diff out of my hillclimb special :-) i`ll be finished by 12, have a shower & maybe play some guitar to annoy the neighbours for an hour or so :-)

this is the little 8v "Baby Twinky" running,,, still havn`t got it spot-on yet but getting there,,, & yeah obviously i am yet to sort the ram tubes & air filters etc, & then we`ll stick it back on the dyno & have another tuning session play

But it`s going past 7500rpms now & with the ram tubes & mixture sorted soon i reckon it will sit on 8000rpms happilly :-)

you have to get those ram tubes on and get the slides to lift. The air balance is all upto sh*t.
I checked with steve, but he has not found a set of ram tubes to suit them. Most of his kwaka stuff is 1100 and he only has the bits on the go-kart . all the other carbs are all honda stuff.
I tried to sneak his set of CR 45's out of the shed for you but I got sprung.
Even running like that she's pulling but it will go way past 8000 once sort out.

All this talk of over 8000 rpm is making me excited. Be keen to see how this engine lasts.

Yeah i`m onto it David,,, the pistons lift most of the way when it`s under load on the dyno but piston type carbs won`t lift full when free reving, unless it`s all sorted & you can hold that free rev for a while (which this one isn`t in both depts) :-)

I just sorted a dodgey fibreglass bonnnet for it,,, i don`t want the rain & any stray birds or bugs to fly in :-)

I`ll be sorting the ram tubes & air filters in a couple of weeks & shove it back on the dyno after that

I`m fixing an oil leak on the turbo twinky moke next week & thern we will shove it back on the dyno too :-)
