I want to go and see Steve at BrickWorx and will be leaving on a Fri night , I am planning on staying overnight in Nhill and then leaving at sparrowfart to get to Adelaide, there are a few bits and pieces I need for the van project and I have to pick-up a long range tank for MiniMax, Steve is going to start throwing everything in skip bins and I want to be there before he does.
On the way back I was planning on leaving Adelaide Sat at 5pm ish and going to Nhill, overnight, then back in Melbourne 9am ish Sun morning.
( I know you can drive straight there and back but I want to relax )

Date is to be set , once I know when Steve is available , he's a bit busy.

If anyone wants to join me in convoy your more than welcome !

And if you dont mind sharing we can split a room .

Yes it would be good to have you along Al, but obviously giving your silken locks that just right tight spiral is much more important.

And if someone wants to come back via the GOR I,d be up for that ! :)

74snail Whats going on?!

I was going to head over with you guys (before the pot roast saggar). I don't have time anymore cos I'm bustin my butt to get my car done for Mini's at the Mill... Say that reminds me i had an idea for steve...

Seeing as how at best sims might (and hey one mans guess here) give him $250 per tonne for his stuff (that is a sydney price from mid way thru last years boom when you were getting top dollar for scrap), of which it looked like there was maybe... 10 tones = $2500

If I were after more cash... I'd cash in on Minis at the Mill and do a flee market thing.. You know just seeing as how there will be hundreds of people there from all over and interstate... Might get as much as (just another mans guess) 5 times that... But I'm no accountant or salesmen.. But I reckon that the event organisers would love the idea, it would bring more people in for sure!...

Just 2 cents from this guy... Just putting it out there...

By the way I'm requesting %5 of profits for my idea... Naturally

Yeah PK , I was going the other week then I had to push the abort button , couple of drama's, not sure if Damian actually went, I think he did.

If there was someone else wanting to come from Sydney you could go co-driver with them :) Split the fuel and accommodation !

And my Mazda Capella supercharged diesel might be ready as well
