Is it okay to run this pipe through the bulkhead with other wires nearby? or does it get hot enough that it might compromise *melt* the electrical wires?

Shouldn't get hot at all as oil doesn'f flow continuously, just pushes up a bit when pressure builds then back out as pressure drops.

Just make sure the pipe is insulated from the bulkhead, the last thing you want is an oil shower in the car.

and dont unwind the whole copper pipe, leave it wound and it will absorb most of the bumps and knocks
