some are bit hard to see but gives a idea of what it looks like inside.
this shows the cut positions
vertical cut thru No. 4 exhaust port
horizontal cut thru No.4 exhaust port. shows the end of water jacket.
vertical cut thru No's 3&4 inlet valves
vertical cut between No's 2&3 exhaust valves. the center of the head
close up of the water jacket between the two center exhaust v/vs..this is the area to be careful off if you undercut around the v/v seats. its not very thick here.
vertical cut thru middle of No's 1&2 inlet v/v's
horizontal cut thru N0 1 exhaust and No1&2 inlet port.
the problem areas are the tapering of the inlet ports and side clearance to the push rod holes.
The shoulder curves in the ports to the v/vs is not too bad, but do not cut too much off the curve as the wall will end up too thin.
I use these head thickness as a guide to do a 202 as well. the thickness in the problem areas is roughly the same.
