Fingers crossed it will be soon.

Hey Smarty,

How you doin? How are things in WA?

Yeah, pretty much done all the alloy welding now save for the radiator overflow bottle bracket that I will do this weekend. Then I think that's it.

Cheers,
Tricky

P.S. Yeah Matt, post some pics. :D

Cool. WA is good.

Have you only just learnt to do the welding or have you been doing it for ages? The welds look VERY neat, and would be a really handy skill to have.

Hi Smarty,

No, all of the alloy welding you see on The Cat was done by others, who do it for their profession. My alloy welding skills are still in their infancy, but soon..........

On another note, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to all my friends on Ausmini. May you be kept safe this Xmas and may Santa bring you everything you want.

Cheers,
Tricky

Hey Tricky I bought my paint last week.

I ended up getting a couple of litres of "Shockwave Blue" it's a BA/BF Ford Falcon colour I think.

Hopefully I'll be painting my car in January or Feb. Keep the updates coming since I'm far too lazy to do any updates of my own! :)

No race on painting here.

My deadline for the car completely finished is Christmas in two years, just before the Air Force sends me away and I no longer have dads shed and tools to work with.

I'm aiming to get the paiting done this summer but I won't rush it if it means a loq quality job for the sake of getting it done quick. I'm sure you can relate to that! :)
