Gday guys i thought this might be useful to all of those that ask how much does their car weigh. The first page is only their for the info at the top. The other list various mini models. I got this out of a historic SA Motor reg book.

Dude, reckon youd be able to find the weights of a 49 hudson commodore ( side project)

P.W. could be power to weight, although it should be written P/W. Haven't don't the maths to check though, and it might be hp/lb i.e. horsepower divided by weight in pounds, or stone or some other archaic measurement unit.

The H.P. figure is the so called RAC HP which is a silly theory that the bore size determines the HP for tax purposes. See how it gives the number of cylinders then the bore size (internal diameter of cyl) and then the HP.

I love the 998 Deluxe and 1100 have the same HP.
What about the 1964 Morris 1100 Utility?

The PW is power to weight.

RAC rated HP = (bore dia in inches² x no of cylinders)/2.5

Stroke didn't come into it.
