Has anyone used an A+(verto clutch) clutch cover push rod and short clutch arm after changing the verto clutch/flywheel to a standard clutch/flywheel?
Will the arm etc have enough travel to disengage the original clutch or will i have to fit an original type clutch arm, push rod, etc?

Hey Scott, when you go 'Verto' it all needs to be verto and like wise going 'pre-verto' it all, including the arm and slanve cylinder, needs to be pre-verto.

I've tried to use pre-verto bits with a verto clutch and it did not work (new verto bits were beyond my budget at the time).

Studying it all at the time I came to the conclusion that there was not enough travel. I also pondered if you could go the other way but thought even if it would work it would probably make the pedal much stiffer due to the smaller leverage???

A mate of mine is using Non-verto slave on a verto clutch, it sits on a big plate.

The slave cylinder is the same, its the arm thats different.

Hmmm.....sorry, but the slaves are different;-

I think that the bore sizes are similar, but the verto one has differnt layout to make the bleed nipple more accessable and I think the threads are metric...

Technically the slaves are different (not sure about the bore) but either can be used, I have for a fair while with no problems :wink:
But I have no idea about the internal parts mix-matching.

bore and thread are the same.
internal parts are differend.
i know some people who use what ever cylinder they had at hand.

but i don' know about the clutch arm, never seen a non-verto with a verto arm
