Any have any idea how high this one will get?

It looks so nice, some new floor pans so i can put my foot on the floor not through the floor, and it's good to go.

Any idea (i know it's not from someone on here) what it would need for roadworthy?

i would say a fair bit on the mechanical side of things would need to be done, especially regarding brakes, suspension, and steering.

all these parts may be 40 or so years old.

cost would depend on how much work you did yourself...
