Just as title says really just looking for an engineer in adelaide to hopefully sign off my rear seat so i can get a 4 seater compliance.

Anyone used any before??

do you have standard style seats?
If so you will most likely get away without (remeber this is SA) as we don't have MOTs or annual checks....
Before my dogs ate some of my seat cushions :evil: we had 4 seats for a number of years (2 seat compliance and rego).

That is a Willshire seat. Made here in SA by the company which i work for.

If you have a look over the seat (probably on the side) there will be a stamped number; and a sticker saying that the seat complies with vehicle standards VSB5. All the frames were numbered and we have records of these.

The frame was desgined and engineered about 30 years ago.

Gimme a call on Monday (8292 2500) and i'll try and sort you out.

Yes, you will. This is done by taking your vehicle to Transport SA (Regency) for a seating inspection.

They will have a look at the seat and seatbelt mounts, check their condition etc etc.

Once they are happy, you'll have a plate affixed that will now have a seating capacity of four.
