Im trying to find a tyre fitter in adelaide that can do 10 inch wheels, but the smallest size they all seem to do is 12 inch.

Anybody know of a place?

Go to Beaurepairs on South Road opposite Castle Plaza. They will do 'em for you.

i never considered there'd be issues with 10's.

i was amazed my local truck place in cavan could do my 12's though!

It's all because of the fully sik 22" etc wheels they put on Yank etc cars now.
To cope with their size the new machines cannot do 10s, or 12s either in some cases.
It's the same story with wheel alignment machines, many of the common laser ones cannot cope with 10" wheels.

When i got mine done it was at a bob jane they had to use an old machine (in the corner covered in dust) and they really had to force them on.

Beaurepairs on Norwood parade can fit them, they do mine, and North terrace tyres can, they also keep formula r in a 10"

Not sure where you are (within Adelaide), I like Bridgestone at Port Adelaide, Kerry is a good guy, and Kevin has a tired Moke hiding out the back 8) but always tells me someone else is going to do the work for him.....
In comparison I don't like BJs around the corner, stuffed me around big time with 13" tires, let alone the 10" @$#!^!

Drmini is right, I've been using online tire size calculators, so many don't even do 13" now days.....Do you think we could fit fully sik 22" on a mini? (don't even answer....)

I had mine done at bridgestone across from castle plaza..they were able to do the fitting but had to send the car around the corner to another place (southern wheel alignment??) to do the wheel alignment..

Yes I would definitely reccommend them too - they didn't have problems stretching a 165/70R10 over a 7" wide wheel :D

Agreed for North Terrace Tyres, he can wheel align 'em too. Dom is a top bloke.
