I think it's a pretty fair price, don't be disheartened there have been a few minis on ebay that have been sitting there for a few months, re-auctioning (some I can see why).

I agree with bill.b

The other car we've got just has a bit of a service before rego, with the mini I've pretty much got to do a full engine/body debrief every year. If the mini was a person it'd be a high maintenance girl who needs to be pampered to look good.

If this was a year or so ago I would have jumped straight into this one though!

I think that silver one is the automatic? I remember when I was sorting my rover out for rego originally, the engineer who was cert'ing it mentioned how difficult it was for most of the Jap import autos to be certified in NSW - something to do with the majority not having a true park gear? Can't be certain - but it could be a reason for difficulty selling if so (it's already a bum sandwich to get the Jap minis to point of rego in NSW).

Thankfully mine's a manual.

Yeah its an auto, and yes if you dont have 'park' you cannot register it in NSW. The car has been advertised under so many guises as well... just doesnt seem a legit advert...

*shrugs*

I have enough problems with the auto Rover i have...hahaha

Sweet ride, whoever buys it is getting a lot of mini for their $. People get freaked out by the term rust, maybe that's got something to do with it?
