Pics have to be hosted elsewhere on the web- I use the 200MB I get free at my ISP.

basically..

1. upload image to host, imageshack.us is free and find it faster than photobucket.
2. copy image location URL to clipboard
3. in post, past URL from clipboard between [ IMG] and [ /IMG] tags.

try to keep images to a reasonable size, eg 800x600 pixels.

After you paste the link in, highlight it and then just click the [IMG] button at top. It will add both tags.
