ok the other day i got my first pay cheque ( i am only 15!) and i decided to get another mini....Anyway long story short i'm now the owner of a white 73clubby :)
I really want to do somthing FUN with it, so ive decided to go for the retro 60's race/rally look.
What mods would you do to get somthing to look like this??
Ive came up with:
...Large numbers on doors
...bonnet straps
But What else???
Any pictures would be appricated also

I reckon tarmac rally/circuit racer style looks better on a clubby.

you're going to struggle to get a 70's car to have a 60's look but.....

I reckon clubbies done up in full rally garb look great. Numbers, stripes, spot lights, names on side windows, tow hook always looks the part.

Go the scalectrix look - big flares, checkered roof, maybe a black bonnet, bonnet pins instead of straps.

saw a 'beautiful' clubman street racer in miniworld a while back....
i'll try a dig up some info/issue number,

but from what i remember it had....
orangey red paint with black roof/flares/wheels
clean from bumpers front and rear
bare painted interior to match exterior with just two race seats.

it was imo the bees knees
(for a clubman)

my two cents + GST
