I still have an LS1275. It was a gold one but I stripped her back to bare metal in 2005 and she is currently sitting in my garage epoxy primed. There was no rust on her either as she has been in Canberra since 1983, maybe longer.

She was in working order when I "mothballed" her in 1997 and the engine turned over nicely in 2005 before being taken out. Will be getting back to work on her after Xmas.

Cheers!
Rob.

I am intending on getting rid of my LS1275. Comes with everything (except the radio) but has been completely stripped and epoxy primed. No rust.

Just trying to work out whether I should try to sell her whole or sell her bit by bit (although this would make me cry).
