They are Performance Superlites. Have they put the balance weight on the outer facing side of the rim?

superheavies... looks like there is a little balance weight on all 4 of the wheels

Yeh when i bought the car it was fitted with weights on the rim lips. I have since had new tyres fitted and all 4 wheels have been rebalanced with the correct stick on weights inside the rim. took some polishing to get rid of the marks the old weights left on the rim lip.

i wasnt sure if they were superlites or minilites. i only know they are the performance brand rim. so these are superlites are they?
