They are the Minisport 50 ( Hope manufactured) and I run Rosepetals. The spacers are only 3 mm wide and the tyre place fitted them when they changed the aquajets off my steel rims to the rosepetals.

After my unsuccessful attempt to fit an HS6 and RE7" manifold into my `70 roundy, I gave up, put the 45DHLA back on, and took it for a fang.
It still goeth good. :P
Looks like the 1412 stroker will get a Dellorto now, but I'll put smaller (36mm) chokes in it.

I replaced the clutch slave cylinder on the van. It was something that I wasn't looking forward to doing in that Spi engine bay but it ended up not being as frustrating as I thought it was going to be.
I also fixed a split rubber air sensor elbow on the bottom of the ecu of the van.
What a difference that made. It ran ok beforehand but now there is next to no smoke on start up and doesn't hesitate under hard acceleration. :D

Took it for a fang out the road but had to turn back to town quickly because of the frigging locusts!!

I drove back from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane and took my usual bypass around Ballina (Tevern Rd for those that know the area) and managed to find the biggest bump in the road and cracked the top of my subframe on the passengers side. It went off with a bloody big crack!!
Now my passenger side front sits nearly a full inch lower than the drivers side. they were equal when I left Coffs.

So my question is, can I re-weld it? or is it better to replace the whole frame?

I've taken photos of the road and the crack in the frame. It'll have to wait until tomorrow before I can commence a full assesment. Is there any way i can get the cost of repairing the car re imbursed. If so who should i approach?

not sure who you would contact but i'm sure their is something you can do Nav...Wish I knew the answer for you Nav

Did the Oil change and while I was at I looked for the Oil Leak. Found it as the timing cover  . I tried to tighten the only bolt I could get to and only time will tell but it may have to leak till I can get the Radiator out again.
As it was Mothers Day Sues Daily got a good wash and some of the Bling Blinged. She'll enjoy driving to work tomorrow nice and Blinged and all the Windows spotless

I think I know that bump, hit it in the Territory once and got a mighty shock.. wouldn't like to have been in a Mini!! Hope you get it sorted soon..

Replaced the flares, they now cover the Mambas, fitted a battery cutoff switch.
