For the benefit of our country and Western Australian members, I've managed to strip a local Aldi of their supply of Mini jigsaw puzzles (A big apology goes out to Bnicho and Davo111 for this :P )

I've got two jigsaws here up for grabs. First prize is a genuine Aldi Jigsaw Puzzle featuring a Mini, a Woody and an Austin Healey Sprite. Second prize is the identical puzzle again, but with a bite mark in the corner of the box. These two prizes have a combined value of over $5.60 making this one of the most incredible prize pools ever seen on ausmini.

Image

To be in the draw for one of these amazing prizes, you must do the following.

Colour in the following drawing, scan and post it into this thread. It is a mini of course

Image

The rules of the contest are:
-Colouring in must be as much as possible contained within the lines.
-Pastels, crayons, textas, bic ball point pens and permanant marker may all be used individually, or all at once.
-Each drawing must have the sun included in a top corner.
-The name and the age of the person must be crudely scrawled in at the lower corner complete with their age, which has no limitation of course out of respect to the more senile gentleman who haunt these pages.

The winner will be drawn completely at random on friday next (14th of May) around bedtime by a two year old girl in a butterfly constume, so anything goes I suspect and there will be no understanding the judge's decision.

Good luck to everyone who enters,I look forward to seeing a few finely scrawled efforts come in ;)

The mini image above has been shamelessly thieved from the South Devon Mini Club website. I hope they don't mind my appropriating the image for the Ausmini contest...

Ava has of course demanded to submit her entry, I explained that as the judge she was not actually allowed to enter, but I suppose if its good enough for Perth radio presenters, then its good enough for her ;)

The prizes also come with a guarantee of their value appreciating by at least 100% once I put them in the Australia Post satchel and stick a few stamps on

I've got one from my 10 year old. Only have to figure out how to find the scanned file on the work server, before I can post it here.

Well, two images make for a simple draw :P

Still there is still a winner and a runner up, and Ava clearly loves Helena's spun out colours, I think it makes her dizzy just looking at it! The psychedelic sun burst really spins me out too...

Thanks both of you for having a go and I'll mail them out in the next few days ;)

Mick
