This is Specialist components latest N/A 1380cc 16v-->

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgkCLGJwURk

& yes obviously it`s not mine,,, my own personal Twinkys are still being developed, but still these vids should give you all an idea of what they can do & yes there is more to come from these yet,,, it`s still all early days , just like the Elder head that GR is working on :-)

this is KAD`s N/A 1469cc Twin Cam attempt--->

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erEYoyvF3V4

sorry to all who have been waiting,,, I`m a bit like GR , in the fact that i`m mainly a one man band & have plenty of other stuff on my plate,,,, But my main focus with the Bimmer Twinkys has been working on developing the turbo injection systems for these... & yes I`m """"OVERLY"""" happy with the road versions results so far,,,, so once i`ve sorted the full race packages out, then i`ll jump back down to working on the N/A ones again (Both road & race)

BUT!!!!!!!!!!! My N/A version will be 1360cc,,, so well wait & see,,, & there`s way more work going on behind the scenes than i expect any of you are thinking,,, you can trust & you can quote me on that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GR will have what he claims,,, i have no doubt about that,,, it takes time ,,, But we all like to actually go & have a race every now & then too,,, sorry but racing takes up WAY WAY more time than you may think,,, But it`s WAY WAY more fun Racing than working on someone elses engine, or typing here.

For you people who like to Bag & Rag-on people like GR etc, attempting to push the envelope with mini engines,,, attempting to improve torque way past levels ever seen before,,,, i`d just like to let you in on a little secret if you don`t mind-->

it takes lots of time,,,, lots of money.... Lots of patients,,, Lots of knowledge,,,, lots of experience,,,, & Big balls

Maybe you people don`t realize "HOW-MUCH" of all that is required

SO Maybe you should show us all what """YOU`VE""" done,,, what """YOU`VE""" achieved,,,

sorry but i don`t see much from anyone else in the entire world wide mini scene from you people except bagging & bad mouthing & questions that are obviously aimed at causing a fight or picking on time frames.

come get some then,,, come jump in my turbo injected twin cam moke,,, come jump in my 20v 998cc hillclimb special that just happen to have won the willowbank Autocross outright just 2 weeks ago,,,, & just took 7th outright at the Cootha Classic HillClimb last weekend,,, only just bolted the thing together & have done virtually "NOTHING" to it

WHERE~S YOUR ROCKET-SHIP MINI ENGINE THEN ????????????????????

come show us all what """YOU`VE""" done that`s soooooo god-damn amazing then????

well>>>> ???????????????????????

sorry but i don`t see any """DECENT""" results from anyone except a small hand-full of the real true hard workers in the mini scene like GR, KAD, SC, etc

Wake up people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ,,,, think about what you`re asking, before you just type antagonistic questions obviously pointed at just picking a fight

hee hee,,, yeah i spose,,, it annoys me that digs like that (at anyone here really), are obviously pointed for a reason,,, reminds me of someone similar a little while ago

I wish i could show drawings & pics & details of some of the other stuff that i`m doing,,,, i could show stuff from a few other people i`ve been working with who are also trying to achieve weired, wild & wonderful mini engine developments,,, but if i did then there will be people like this who will ask for a accurate time frames & accurate prices & Hp & torque figures & facts & details & want to see proof of it in perfect working order, with absolute detail on how it`s all done ,,, They`ll want it right now,,, & why should they have to wait & then they`ll want it for next to nothing & cry & whinge & whine when they get told that it`s all still being developed

But,,, i`ve learnt a little from what happens in these internet forums in the last few years,,, Maybe GR will too soon

No matter what you do,,, talk about it early, or keep quiet till it`s all perfect,,,, it don`t matter,,, there`s always an idiot (or 3) out there who just wants to try to make you look bad no matter how good the product is,. or how long it takes to make sweet

They`re hoping that if they throw some mud,,,then maybe some of it will stick,,, there job is done then yeah???

well,,, proof is in the track times & race wins really isn`t it hey??? Just like the old saying--->

"""Win on Sunday, sell on Monday""" right???

so,,, i stand by what i said/asked---> if anyone wants to throw some mud (At anyone) ,,, then where`s """YOUR""" track times???,,, where`s """YOUR""" race wins???,,, where`s """YOUR""" credentials???... what good have """YOU""" done for the greater mini community????? other than cause sh!t-stirring & bad-mouthing to the ones that try to improve things

Go on,,, show us all your hand,,, show us your cards,,, i`m calling you

KAD stood up & said """Come Get Some""" when they developed their twin cam mini head,,,, They made a better power producing cyl head than the 5-port where there wasn`t anything better (at the time) so they were warranted & good on them i say,,, I bet they were a bit miffed with the entry of the Bimmer head to the market, but i don`t see them publicly Bagging the people producing the twikly kits

AKM, Elder & SC etc , are not publicly bagging out any other weired mini cyl head producers,,, No,,, we`re all in it together & are also all talking with each-other quite happilly & nicely in fact (to a degree),,, it`s all good,,, effectively working together to find a better breather,,, better torque,,, better cost effectivness,,, better efficiency,,, & all for the benefit of the greater mini community

None of these people (& many more like them, sorry to have left many of you out) but none of them are bagging anyone else for the time it takes or the cost of said items

only a hand full of idiots who have """NO""" credentials,,, """NO'''" runs on the board,,, """NO""" idea of how much time , money & effort goes into the research, design, development & manufacture, testing & refining of these things,,, all they`re doing is purposely trying to dig & bait & bag & annoy & aggravate & be-little the guys who are actually trying to improve the A-series,,, it`s these wankers who have """NOTHING"""

that`s right,,, It`s These few poor sorry sad souls who just wish they had a decent mini engine,,, But the truth is that they don`t :-) ,,, & even if they did,,, then they have paid someone else to make it for them,,, & more than likely they`re not happy with that engine, or they wouldn`t be bothering anyone for these famous figures that have been suggested buy GR (& others).

& so the simple truth is they`re just jealous & envious & in my eyes they`re just sad sad angry little people... & all they can do is attempt to throw some mud from behind their computer

i want, i want , i want,,,, Whhaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,, why can`t i have it & why can`t i have it now Mummy????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Matt Read's conversions actually can do around these kinda HP / Torque outputs. He offered me a conversion for $1200.............

Hi Chris, i mean GT mowog

maybe you should buy one of these conversions, build up the motor and bring it down and put it on the dyno free of charge and then we can see what kind of HP you can make out of the engine as i dont think you will make these kind of torque and HP figures.

So I see you eventually found my business card!

How's the Blue Gal Moke project going?

Still looking for a windscreen frame?

Oh, that's OK, I no longer have any interests in that business these days anyway.

Didn't know that is was at Johns (who's John?).

It's OK, I'll continue to keep an eye out for a good windscreen frame that you enquired about

Kind regards,
Barry Dare Rob Michael Chris (I think that is the list so far - I wouldn't want to leave anyone out)
