i know this is dodgy
my speedo was way out. i simply pulled the glass out went for a drive with my mate following me and adjusted the needle then put the glass back in
it reads right now

A while back I did have it apart to give it a clean. I did try to remove the needle from its splindle because it does seem consistently 8mph fast right across the range. I figured if I could reposition the needle it would be about right.

But needle didn't seem to want to come off and I didn't want to pull to hard and stuff something up.
